Pocket Bits LLC ("us" or "we") is committed to protecting your online privacy. This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the Pocket Bits LLC apps and website. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully to learn what information we collect from you and how we use that information.

Information We Collect

We collect personally identifiable information ("personal information") and non-personally identifiable information ("non-personal information").

Personal information is information that identifies a specific user. When you engage in certain activities on our App or Site — such as opening an account, submitting or posting content, or entering a contest — we may ask you to provide certain personal information, such as your name and email address. If you do not provide required information, you may not be allowed to engage in that activity.

Non-personal information does not identify a specific user and may include things like the URL of websites you visited before and after coming to our Site, and your IP address. We and our authorized third-party service providers may automatically collect this information when you visit our Site.

We collect certain information from your mobile device, including but not limited to:

  • Location Information that allows us to periodically determine your location, including your location relative to and within third-party merchant locations.
  • Device and Usage Information including (i) information specific to your mobile device (make, model, OS, advertising identifier); (ii) information about your use of features, functions, or notifications on the device; and (iii) signal strength relating to WiFi or Bluetooth functionality, temperature, battery level, and similar technical data.

We may collect this information even if you are not logged in to the application. iOS users can disable Location Information via device Settings → Privacy → Location Services. Android users can disable Bluetooth and Location in device Settings.

Sharing of Your Personal Information

Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, we will not share your personal information.

We share the information we collect with third-party business partners who commit to comply with applicable laws concerning their usage of the information. Our third-party business partners may use the information to operate and improve their services, provide you with advertisements and information for products and services, and carry out other purposes disclosed to you.

We may share your information in a Business Transfer. As with any other business, we could merge with or be acquired by another company. If this occurs, the successor company would acquire the information we maintain. However, all of your information would remain subject to this Privacy Policy.

We may share information for Protection of Rights. We may share personal and non-personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce this Privacy Policy or other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of our Site, its users, or others.
